Neighborhood Meetings

Each summer, members of the MVCMA Board of Directors conduct neighborhood meetings to air questions and concerns of leaseholders.  Concerns expressed by leaseholders at these meetings are distributed among members of the Board and with the MVCMA Staff.  Where practical, and consistent with the charitable purposes of the MVCMA, efforts are made to address concerns expressed at these meetings. 

Meetings are usually conducted in the Tent, in Trinity Park, near the Tabernacle. They are scheduled, during July and August,  based on the availability of the Board Members assigned to conduct the meetings for each of our several "neighborhoods." 

2011 Summer Neighborhood Meetings:

August 13, 10 a.m.  - for owners and cottages on Rock Ave., Rustic Ave., Hebron, Ave., Central Ave and Lake Ave. - on the lawn next to the Wesley Hotel.  Coffee, juice, and snacks will be provided. Please join us for an hour of fun and casual conversation.  This meeting his hosted by  Jim Duffy, Jack Moran and Craig Lowe, from the MVCMA, Inc., Board of Directors.

Sunday, August 14, 4 pm - under the tent - for owners and cottages on Cottage Park, Bayliss Ave, & Trinity Park

August 15, 4 p.m. - for owners and cottages on Commonwealth Ave, Siloam, Commonwealth Square, &  Allen Ave., with several members of the MVCMA Board of Directors. 

Additional Meetings will be scheduled throughout the season and posted here and in the Campground Crier.
