Enjoy the best of both worlds, with the solitude of sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch or by walking just a couple of steps to the hustle and bustle of Circuit Ave for grocery shopping, boutique shopping, or dining. The house is located a short walk from the ferries arriving from Woods Hole, Hyannis, and Falmouth. Walkable distance to the beach, and easy access to public transportation if you choose to explore other parts of the island. This charming, historic cottage is the perfect destination for a family vacation. The cottage consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 ½ bathrooms, and 3 upstairs bedrooms.

Sleeps 7 people:

Master bedroom - 1 queen size bed (air conditioning optional)
2d bedroom - 2 twin bids with a twin trundle (sleeps 3)
3d bedroom - 1 with 1 twin trundle (sleeps 2, air conditioning optional)

• 1 full bathroom upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs with washer/dryer
• Full kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven
• Living room with cable TV, DVD

Rates for Summer 2011:
$1750/week in July and August with a $500 refundable security deposit
$1250/week Off-season rate (May, June, September, October)
