New owner has replaced or added additional amenities, including washer and dryer, air conditioning, stove, wi-fi and patio table with umbrella. Kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Parking for one car is included.  Tenants supply own sheets, pillow cases, towels and beach towels.  Pillows, blankets and bedspreads included.

The cottage offers two roomy bedrooms, living room with a new sleeper couch, dining room, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and full bathroom. Cottage sleeps up to six people comfortably. Life is simple here, no rush, no fuss, just enjoy.
