Cottage is located in a quaint park and is a
short walk to
Circuit Ave.
, harbor and the beach. Relax in a rocker on the covered front
porch with a view of a park surrounded by colorful gingerbread houses.
The cottage is on a pathway so it gets lots of sunlight.
Three
rooms upstairs consist of a front bedroom with a full size bed, TV,
VCR & DVD, another bedroom with 2 twin beds has an air
conditioner, and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a harbor
view. First floor has a brand new kitchen featuring a
dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker and a newly
renovated bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower.
Also on the first floor are a dining room and a large living
room which features cable TV, VCR, DVD player, radio, CD and cassette
player. Spacious backyard has a picnic table with umbrella and
grill. Extra tables and chairs are available.
Sheets and towels are not supplied.
Non smoking house and no pets allowed.
Accommodates no more than 5 guests.
Weekly
rate is $1,850.00 with a $250.00 refundable security deposit. More
