Hartsease features a huge sun-drenched back bedroom with three large skylights, master bedroom with balcony overlooking the Tabernacle and park, living room with a new double-size sleeper couch, dining room, large upstairs bath, downstairs bath w/ shower.  A private outdoor shower is perfect for after a swim.   Sleeps four people comfortably, 5-6 if you're close friends!  Arrive and settle in to freshly laundered sheets, pillow cases, coverlets, blankets, bath towels and beach towels.  Kitchen is fully equipped with new full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, and small appliances.  Free parking for one car included.

Amenities include washer and dryer, TV w/ DVD and cable, wi-fi, board games, take-a-book-leave-a-book library, back patio w/ table, chairs and umbrella.

Rates: June, July & September - $2,200/week.  August (except Aug 11-18) - $2,400/week.  August 11-18 Grand illumination week, fireworks, fair - $2,800/week.

All rentals require refundable $500 Security Deposit and $125 housekeeping / cleaning fee.

No pets.  No smoking.
