Overlooking beautiful Trinity Park and the famous Tabernacle, sip lemonade under the oversized front porch and take in the view, or stroll just a few steps to all that charming Oak Bluffs has to offer – restaurants, quaint shops, beaches, harbor and ferries.  

The cottage is freshly painted with a newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a dazzling stained glass clerestory, reading room, four bedrooms, laundry room, full bath with shower, plus an additional enclosed outdoor shower and parking for one car in our driveway.  

Our cottage comfortably sleeps seven people.  Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedroom 2 has two twin beds; bedroom 3 has a bunk bed plus trundle that will sleep a total of three, and bedroom 4 on the second floor has a queen futon.   All mattresses are new.  Tenants to supply own sheets, pillow cases, towels and beach towels.  Newly purchased pillows and quilts/comforters are included.  The cottage has wireless internet access throughout, a flat screen TV with DVD and an assortment of games and puzzles for a variety of ages  We also have a small backyard with a gas grill and two additional off-site parking spots.  For the beach there are four adult-sized beach chairs, medium-sized cooler and sand toys for use.  

Oak Bluffs offers the best of the Island – the Flying Horse Carousel, Mad Martha's Ice Cream, Murdick’s hand made fudge, the Black Dog Store and Inkwell Beach, movie theatres, an arcade, water sport rentals and fishing charters offer fun filled days for everyone in the family.  Frequent and punctual public transportation and bike paths make cars convenient but not necessary to see the rest of all that the island has to offer. 

Rates for summer 2012: $2300/week.  Refundable Security Deposit $500.
