Sit in peaceful solitude with your beverage of choice reading a book on one of the rocking chairs on the front porch or walk just a couple of minutes to the hustle and bustle of Circuit Ave. for grocery shopping, boutique shopping, or dining. For activities, the cottage is just a short walk to a playground for small children that includes basketball and tennis courts, Jetty Beach or Inkwell Beach, the Island's great bicycle/walking paths, the Oak Bluffs' island ferries or the Flying Horses. This charming, historic cottage is perfect for a family vacation. The cottage consists of a living room, a large dining room/new kitchen, new full bathroom, and 3 upstairs bedrooms.

Rates for Rates for Summer 2012:

$2000/week in July and August with a $500 refundable security deposit and $100 cleaning fee.  Weeks also available in June and September.
