Information for Leaseholders,
Tenants, & Guests


Guests & Tenants: Leaseholders are responsible for ensuring that guests and tenants follow all of the rules of the Association.

Parking:  All vehicles staying overnight on the grounds must have a current MVCMA parking permit.  All vehicles should display the new 2011 parking sticker or a temporary hang-tag (visitors and guests); both are available in the office.  During July and August, all vehicles must be off of the Trinity Park circle by 11:00 p.m., or they may receive a Town of Oak Bluffs parking citation. 

Rubbish: All trash in all areas of the Campground must be out curbside at the nearest point of pickup for the truck by 8:00 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays during July and August and on Mondays during the off-season. Beginning in January, 2011, trash must be placed in a 13-gallon 1 mil. thick bag bearing the MVCMA logo or in a 20-gallon bag to which is affixed a MVCMA trash sticker, as more fully described in MVCMA Trash Rules. Office hours: Office hours during the season are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. till noon on Saturdays.
