Information
for Leaseholders
& Guests

Guests & Tenants: Leaseholders are responsible for ensuring that guests and tenants follow all of the rules of the Association.

Parking:  All vehicles staying overnight on the grounds must have a current MVCMA parking permit.  All vehicles should display the new 2008 purple parking sticker or a temporary hang-tag (visitors and guests); both are available in the office.  During July and August, all vehicles must be off of the Trinity Park circle by 11:00 p.m., or they will receive a Town of Oak Bluffs parking citation.

Rubbish:  All trash in all areas of the Campground must be out curbside at the nearest point of pickup for the truck by 8:00 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays during July and August and on Mondays during the off-season.  Rubbish stickers are available at the Museum Store during the summer and shoulder seasons and in the office off-season at a cost of $3.00 per sticker.  Each sticker will cover one 33 gallon heavy duty plastic trash bag.  No loose trash will be collected.  No trash bags larger than 33 gallons will be picked up.  Bags without stickers will NOT be picked up.  If your rubbish is left out prior to the trash collection day, it must be in a covered and secure container.   No Campground pickup will be made of appliances, construction materials of any kind, plumbing fixtures, mattresses, computer equipment, or any items for which there is a specific charge at the landfill.  Items left out with the trash will be picked up or not picked up according to the collector’s discretion as to what is considered acceptable household trash to the landfill.

Office ours: Office hours during the season are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. till noon on Saturdays.
