Information for Leaseholders, Tenants, Guests, & Renters
Leaseholders are responsible for ensuring that guests and tenants follow all of the rules of the Association,
All vehicles staying overnight on the grounds must have a current MVCMA parking permit. All vehicles should display a current year’s parking sticker or a temporary hang-tag (visitors and guests); both are available in the office. During July and August, all vehicles must be off of the Trinity Park circle between 11:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. Cars parked there during these times, without a special permit, violate the MVCMA rules, and may receive a Town of Oak Bluffs parking citation.

All trash in all areas of the Campground must be out curbside at the nearest point of pickup for the truck by 8:00 a.m. on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays during July and August and on Mondays during the off-season.
Trash must be placed in a 13-gallon bag bearing the MVCMA logo. Click on the link below for the detailed trash regulations
Renting Your Cottage
Leaseholders, if you would like to advertise your cottage for rent on the MVCMA website, please contact the MVCMA at [email protected] to place an ad.
The term of an ad is from October to September. Cost for the ad for the period or any fraction thereof is $60.
Leaseholders are responsible for contacting the office
to renew and pay for their ads. No invoices will be sent. Existing Ads will not auto renew and will be taken down automatically in October following the period if
payment is not made for a new term.
MVCMA Scholarship Available
The Board's Scholarship and Memorial Gifts Committee has announced a new MVCMA College Scholarship for college-bound high school seniors from among members of Campgrounder Families. As you may know, for many years the MVCMA has been awarding $1000 annual post-secondary scholarships to graduates of the two Martha's Vineyard high schools. This past year, the Board approved expanding this program to add a third scholarship for Campground kids. Interested high-school seniors can find the necessary application materials here:
