Downstairs is the living room, dining room with a table that expands to seat eight, fully equipped kitchen with a 1825 renovated gas stove, microwave, and toaster oven.
There is a half bath and a full sized tub/shower in the laundry area with a washer and dryer. You will find an outdoor gas grill and cold water rinse off shower just outside the back door.
