19 Clinton Avenue

This year our cottage will celebrate its centennial, having been a part of our family for the past 100 years. We know you will enjoy its many unique features. Clinton Avenue has no street, no cars in front, just a lovely avenue with cottages facing each other across a grass median. Car access is from the rear and there are two parking spaces on the property with an open lot next door, making it a lovely, safe, place with a large porch from which to enjoy the Campgrounds.

Clinton Ave is one of the spokes radiating from the circle surrounding the Tabernacle. It is an easy walk to the Tabernacle itself, and Oak Bluffs center, harbor, dining, shops, beach, and steamship dock.

The cottage sleeps 6-8. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one of which opens to a front balcony, all with double beds. The first floor includes a large living room, a side room with couch, dining room, kitchen and bath. The living room has a full size couch with a queen size bed within. The dining room has a large dining table with two leaves that enable it to accommodate 8 people comfortably. The dining room also has an alcove with a couch and gas heater which makes spring and fall quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete including a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stove and refrigerator.  The bathroom has an indoor shower and there is a large outdoor private shower as well.

No smoking or pets allowed.
