Make Summer 2020 memorable by staying at the Pink House on Martha’s Vineyard!
Does someone in your family like the color PINK? Do you want to spend the summer on Martha’s Vineyard and make the summer of 2020 one to remember? We are renting the Pink House for the first time and are hoping to find a family who would like to spend the summer, or a big part of the summer, at our cottage.
The Pink House is ideal for 4 people with a maximum of 5. The living and dining areas are open to each other with lots of natural light coming in from the picture window. The rear of the cottage has a kitchen, bathroom and an indoor “outdoor” shower. There are three sleeping areas upstairs – a big bedroom with gothic doors that open to a front balcony, a bunk-bed room with a stained glass gothic window and a twin bed on the stair landing with a privacy curtain. The outdoor porch is large and a great place to watch the world go by. The private backyard features an outdoor dining set and grill on a brick patio inside a picket fence covered with ivy.
You can walk to everything you need from the Pink House – grocery store, hardware store, post office, many restaurants, the Niantic Park Playground, and of course… the beach! The Pink House is an antique house with vintage furnishings and a steep staircase so it’s best suited for children over the age of 7.
No pets and no smoking. The Pink House is located at 25 Butler Avenue and has a parking space that is about a block way.
Pink House Bedding
Big bedroom – king (two twins together, uses king sheets)
Bunk room – two twin beds
Single bed on landing – one twin bed
ABOUT US
We love the Pink House… BUT we just bought a larger property in the Campground to suit our growing family so we are just 8 doors down from the Pink House. We just moved July 1 so this leaves us with a “spare” cottage, and so we’re renting the Pink House for the first time in 2020.
RATES
$3,100 a week (bring own sheets & towels)
$2,800 a week for multiple week rentals, which includes sheets & towel set for 4
Cleaning fee – You can leave it clean enough for the next visitor or pay $150 and we’ll arrange to have it cleaned after your stay.
Security Deposit of $500 and state & local taxes of approximately 11.7% to be collected.
This property is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association. Renters must observe quiet hours and other rules located at http://www.mvcma.org/rules-for-renters.html
