“The Watson Cottage”
Looking for an MVCMA vacation that offers you and your family a little “space”? Our cottage has been in our family for 50 years and has the perfect location for those looking to be close to town, beaches, recreation and nightlife, but a little less close to the neighbors.
Our cottage comfortably sleeps 6-7, with 4 bedrooms and one updated bathroom with a generous sized shower. Our kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave & other amenities that will allow you to cook comfortably at home, if you wish.
Gather around the dining room table that seats six, or enjoy your coffee and apple fritter while rocking on our comfortable porch. In the afternoon, enjoy a beverage while grilling your catch of the day on our small portable gas grill in the yard. Unlike many cottages, there is onsite parking for 2 cars on our large corner lot!
Included in your rental: cable and Fire stick to access your streaming accounts, internet, 4 MVCMA trash bags per week. There are window AC units, high speed fans & portable heaters should you need them. Provided: pillows, blankets & mattress pads (pillow protectors, blankets and mattress pads are laundered between each guest.)
Please bring your own: sheets, shower & beach towels, or you can rent locally.
First Floor: Queen Bedroom with window AC unit, living room, dining room with window AC unit, kitchen, updated bathroom with shower.
Second Floor:
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, high speed temperature controlled window fan
Bedroom #3: Twin Bed, high speed temperature controlled window fan
Bedroom #4: Two Twin Beds, window AC unit

- August $2,500/wk - (Illumination week is not available)
- Plus security deposit, $300 (refundable)
- Plus Local and State Rental Taxes- currently 11.7%

- No Pets; No Smoking in cottage or on premises.
