4 Butler Avenue

Imagine sitting on a wonderful wrap around porch, in a comfortable porch swing, with a warm summer breeze brushing across your face. This is how it feels to sit on the porch of our camp ground home. Now imagine that you are in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, minutes away from town, the beach, and bike paths. It is quiet, but accessible.

Our home was built in 1869. It has three upstairs bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, with separate pantry. We have both an indoor and outdoor shower. We have a gas grill, air conditioning, cable, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home. Just bring your linens and towels, and you are at a home away from your home. There are two berths (twin beds) in the front upstairs bedroom, a double bed in the middle bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. There is also a queen size sleeper in the living room. We also have ample parking at our cottage, a rare commodity.

Our home comfortably sleeps six, no more than eight people. Rental fee’s are $2,700 per week, plus the applicable 11.7% rental tax. $250 additional for each additional person beyond six, per week; and an additional $300 refundable security deposit. Cleaning service will be assessed.

This property is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association. Renters must observe quiet hours and other rules located at  http://www.mvcma.org/rules-for-renters.html

Rates:
  • $2,700 week, plus taxes and fees
