4 Siloam Avenue

Enjoy the view of Sunset Lake, the boats in the harbor or just people-watching from the comfort of a wicker rocking chair on the wraparound front porch. In the same family since it was built in 1870, the cottage retains some original architectural elements and antique furnishings.

There is a parlor, a sitting room, a dining room, a recently renovated kitchen and a full bath downstairs and four bedrooms and a half bath upstairs. Dining table seats six with a bistro set adding room for two more in a pinch. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and blender. Small rear terrace has charcoal grill. You bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and beach gear. Owner supplies pillows, blankets, bedspreads, dish towels. Cable TV and wi-fi included. Easy walk to Campground activities, public beaches and town center for shops, restaurants, carousel, movies, band concerts.
Sleeps: 6-7 people
