Welcome to the MVCMA LIVE Stream
Our Services will resume in the summer of 2021
Troubleshooting screen freezing during LIVE viewing
There are a number of things that can cause the problem to happen, the most common being your bandwidth. If you do not have a fast internet service, this could cause a problem. Other members of the household being online at the same time can also slow the bandwidth and may cause video viewing problems.
If you are connected to the internet through a wireless router versus or a modem, you can try rebooting either or both and that may improve the video viewing.
The device that is being used may also impact the video viewing. Any devices such as a phone or Amazon Firestick, can be turned off to reboot, which may improve the videos performance. If you are using a computer, you may also try:
1) clearing the browser cache, 2) check for browser updates, 3) check for driver updates for video or network
We hope this helps! Recordings of the service are available by Tuesday of that week and may be found here.
