Welcome to the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association

A religious non-profit, National Historic Landmark, community center, and so much more.

Who We Are

Located in the heart of Oak Bluffs, the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association (MVCMA) is a religious, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which furthers its mission in an area commonly known as The Campground, home of the colorful, renowned Gingerbread Cottages and the iconic iron Tabernacle.

Here you will find a diverse and vibrant community that celebrates its historic and religious roots, dating back to the early 1800's.

A National Historic Landmark, the MVCMA has enriched the lives of generations of Islanders, Campgrounders, and  countless visitors, through its many religious, cultural, and community programs.

At the center of the community stands The Tabernacle. Its ability to serve future generations will depend on supporters like you. Click below to help preserve a piece of Martha's Vineyard history.
