Looking for affordable seasonal rentals within the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association Campground community?
The MVCMA has 3 rental units located at the Tabernacle House that are available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The Tabernacle House is situated on Campground property & nestled among our unique gingerbread cottage community. Rental availability runs from June through mid-September.

​4 Montgomery Square is steps away from the heart of Oak Bluffs.
This 2nd floor apartment offers privacy and comfortable living at an affordable weekly rate. Rental availability runs from June through mid-September.

Both locations are conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs, the Steamship Authority ferry terminal, shopping , groceries, beaches, and bus transportation serving all destinations Island wide. Renters have easy access to all MVCMA seasonal events!

​ We will begin accepting reservation requests for our 2027 Season on 10/1/2026 on a first come, first served basis.

If you are interested in renting one of our units, please fill out the Rental Request Form below OR email the office (office@mvcma.org)

Again, the units will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Once you hear back from us, you will have 7 calendar days to confirm that you'd like the unit, submit a deposit, and sign a lease to ensure that the unit is yours.
