These are two cottages on one lot that rent together, 72 and 73 Trinity. Each cottage sleeps 4-5 people.  This rental is ideal for extended families as grandparents & guests can be in the front cottage, while a family with children (with gates for stairs) can be in the back cottage.  The side yard faces Trinity Park with a view of the Tabernacle and has a dining table for 8 that can be extended with a card table.  Comes with a gas grill, 2 bikes, and 2 parking spots. Within easy walking distance to the beach, Circuit Ave shops and restaurants, playground and ferry.

• Living room with Full sleeper sofa

• AC window unit for downstairs & each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own AC window unit.

• 1 bedroom upstairs with Queen bed and adjoining half bath

• Bunk room upstairs with Full bed on bottom and twin bunk on top.

• Downstairs bathroom with shower, washer & dryer

• Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, icemaker, and coffeemaker

• Can make use of 2 stair gates for top and bottom of stairs (not in place unless requested)

• Wi-fi, TV with apple TV for streaming

• Outdoor shower

• Large 10’x10’ porch with view of Trinity Park and Tabernacle

• Rental includes linen and towels

• Includes parking spot

Available to rent in 2024: 

• Saturday, July 13 to Saturday, July 20 - $6800

• Saturday, Aug 24 to Saturday, Aug 31 - $6800 - could be adjusted to Thursday to Thursday (8/22-8/29) rental to allow for an early back to school date.

• Cleaning Fee of $250 per cottage for total of $500 (waived if tenant agrees to leave cottages cleaned in "guest-ready" condition).

• Damage deposit of $750
