Walk to Circuit Avenue, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, beaches, restaurants, harbor and the various Oak Bluffs ferry terminals.

1st Floor: front porch, living and dining room, large, fully equipped, eat in kitchen, laundry room and full bath

2nd Floor: (accessible from staircase off of the dining room) features a half bath, bedroom with twin beds, bedroom with a full bed and two bedrooms each with queen sized beds

Include an outdoor shower, at cottage parking for 2 vehicles, WiFi, partial air conditioning & fans, washer + dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, garbage disposal, outdoor grill, beach accessories (umbrella & chairs), books, games & TV.

$300 Cleaning Fee
