This unit is a 1 bedroom apartment with all new furniture and mattresses, including a queen size bed (can be separated into 2 twin beds) and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and most common dinnerware and utensils. 

 

There is an outdoor gas grill located in a common Tabernacle House picnic area. Trash service is provided. There is designated parking space for one car. Linens and towels also included.
