The perfect spot to summer in the Campgrounds is our 150 year old gingerbread cottage that has been enjoyed by six generations of our family. The Cottage is steps from Oak Bluffs main streets with shopping, restaurants, groceries and more. It is a short walk to the harbor, beaches and ferries. Although the Cottage has an assigned parking spot nearby, you can easily vacation here without a car as we are walking distance from the ferry and there's plenty of alternate transportation for venturing around the island.

The first floor features a front and back porch, a living room and dining room. As of 2021, the living room has new paint, furniture, and rug as well as new paint and rug in the dining room. The bright kitchen has a fold-down table, new floors, new refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom with shower was completely remodeled in 2019. There are three bedrooms upstairs, all with a double bed. The Cottage sleeps six comfortably. The back deck was redone in 2021 and the shed in the back has a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

As part of the MVCMA, renters must observe quiet hours and other rules located here.
