PARKING
Bus parking off Dukes County Avenue is clearly marked, and parking for vans is between Dukes County and Community Avenues, adjacent to our storage units and is marked “parking for Taxi and Tour Vans.”
When parked, tour company customers can enjoy walking on the MVCMA grounds and/or visiting the Cottage Museum (fee applies). Customers should take Community Avenue to Jordan Crossing, (not walk in between cottages) to get to Clinton Avenue, in order to ensure privacy of the community.
BLACKOUT DATES AND TIMES
Visiting tour companies are welcomed from 9am - 4:30pm.
NOTE: Tour vans/vehicles are not permitted to drive on the MVCMA roads during the busy summer season - July 1 through Labor Day (September 7, 2026). Our roads are narrow, and the safety of our cottage owners and visitors is a top priority.
We will be enforcing this drive-through ban. Our grounds are open to the public and free for pedestrians to explore.
We thank you for respecting our concern for the safety and enjoyment of all by following this policy.
