The second floor, accessible from stairs off the kitchen, has a bedroom with a double bed and balcony,

a bedroom with a twin bed, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Amenities include an outdoor shower, parking next to the cottage, WiFi, mini-split a/c units on both floors,
washer + dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, grill, beach umbrella + chairs, books, games.

Maximum occupancy is 8. Bring your own sheets + towels.

Cleaning fee - $300

State + local occupancy taxes of 11.7% apply
