On second floor, two airy bedrooms, each with full-size double bed and private balcony. Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Brand new full bathroom on second floor, half bath downstairs, outdoor shower. Laundry room with electric washer and dryer. Parking at cottage. Beach gear, charcoal grill and WiFi available. Bring your own linen and towels.

Weekly Rates:

Off Season: $3,250/week (May & October)

Shoulder Season: $3,750/week (June & September)

$4,250/week- July

$4,750/week- August

Illumination Night week (week 3) is not available in 2024

Security Deposit: (refundable) $500

Cleaning Fee: $250 (waived if tenant agrees to leave cottage cleaned in "guest-ready" condition).

Renter will pay state-mandated city and state short-term rental tax of 11.7%.

As part of the MVCMA, renters must observe quiet hours and other rules located here.
