Features include a large living room; new, eat-in kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric stove, new dishwasher and microwave; a half bath and private outdoor shower with enclosed dressing area complete the cottage. Internet access included. High efficiency washer/dryer available.

Parking space for one car is available. No smoking and no pets.

Weekly rentals from noon on Saturdays:  
Weekly rate is $2,400
New state and local taxes will be added, approximately 11.7%
