Kouklitsa means little doll house in Greek, and that is what our 159-year-old cottage feels like. The cottage is steps from Oak Bluffs main streets with shopping, restaurants, groceries and more. It is a short walk to the harbor, beaches and ferries. Although the Cottage has an assigned parking spot nearby, you can easily vacation here without a car as we are walking distance from the ferry and there's plenty of alternate transportation for venturing around the Island. We also have 2 electric bikes that can make your trip to neighboring towns faster!

The 1st floor features a front facing living room with a futon couch. The TV comes equipped with a fire stick. The living room also features a ceiling fan. A bright eat in kitchen is close by. Brand new appliances, a refrigerator & stove, are recent upgrades to the kitchen space. In the back of the cottage is a bathroom that includes a brand new washer/ dryer. In addition, there is a clothes line located outside the back door along with an outdoor shower. An HVAC System (air conditioner/mini split system) is contained in the kitchen and if used along with the cottage fans can help to circulate lots of cool air.

The 2nd floor has a Master bedroom with a King size bed along with a mini split air conditioner. There are 2 additional small & cozy bedrooms, each contains a full size bed alongside a convenient small bathroom. The bedroom in back has access to a lovely balcony with tables.

As part of the MVCMA, renters must observe quiet hours and other rules located here.​
