About the event
As the MVCMA Board concludes their current Strategic Plan, they are excited to share a comprehensive draft for the future. This plan has been thoughtfully developed through a collaborative process, incorporating key insights from the Leaseholder Feedback Survey, the Board of Directors' SWOT analysis, and vital feedback from our standing committees.
They warmly invite all community members to participate in a presentation and discussion to explore the strategic plan together. During this session, they will:
Review the feedback and data that informed the new Strategic Plan.
Present the draft Strategic Plan.
