About the event
Chappaquiddick Wampanoag Tribe
Penny Gamble-Williams, is an activist, writer, poet, and visual artist. She is a member of the Chappaquiddick Tribe of the Wampanoag Indian Nation. Penny is the former elected Tribal Sonks who served from 1995-2002, and presently serves as the Tribes Spiritual leader.
Penny will tell her family story and Ancestral roots to Chappaquiddick Island through poetry, and her writings.
